Cody Trapp, our owner, is the driving force behind All American Construction, bringing over 15 years of boots-on-the-ground experience, a formal education in civil engineering, and an unwavering passion for building. He entered the construction world at the young age of 16, learning the trade from the ground up and developing a deep respect for craftsmanship and hard work.
As a U.S. military veteran, Cody applies the same discipline, leadership, and attention to detail from his service to every job site. His background gives him a sharp eye for planning, execution, and problem-solving—qualities that set the foundation for delivering high-quality results, on time and on budget.
Cody is also a proud father and family man, which influences the way he approaches each project—with care, integrity, and a personal commitment to doing right by every client. From residential remodels to large-scale multi-family developments, Cody ensures that every project reflects the values he’s built his life and business on: quality, honesty, and relentless dedication to excellence.

Evan Williamson, Director of Field Operations
Evan brings years of hands-on experience and leadership to his role as Director of Field Operations at All American Construction. A proud veteran, Evan’s background in military service laid the foundation for his strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
He began working in construction as a teenager, gaining early exposure to the industry through framing, remodeling, and general labor. Over the years, he expanded his expertise through a wide range of roles, including residential maintenance and project supervision, developing a deep understanding of every phase of a build—from the ground up.
Today, Evan oversees day-to-day field operations, ensuring every job site runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. His leadership helps drive quality workmanship, timely project delivery, and clear communication between crews, clients, and contractors.
Shawna Ciano, Head of Administration
Shawna keeps the heart of All American Construction running with clarity, efficiency, and a whole lot of experience. With a strong background in accounting and corporate legal work, she brings a unique blend of structure and flexibility to the administrative side of the business.
She earned her Paralegal Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin and spent many years working closely with CEOs as a trusted Senior Executive Assistant. That experience taught her how to manage complex operations, handle high-pressure situations, and keep everything—and everyone—on track.
At All American Construction, Shawna oversees everything behind the scenes: from contracts and budgets to daily operations and team coordination. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and calm approach make her a vital part of the team and a big reason why things get done right the first time.
